[Multi-Portal Sharing](https://help.wordly.ai/the-wordly-portal?hsLang=en#multi-portal-sharing) # Accepting Shared Minutes ## Learn how to accept billable minutes from another portal You can share billable minutes between multiple Wordly portals. When minutes have been shared to your portal, you need to accept them in your portal. You can accept the shared minutes in one of two ways: - [From the bell icon](https://help.wordly.ai/accepting-shared-minutes#bell-icon). - [From the Billing page](https://help.wordly.ai/accepting-shared-minutes#minutes-accounts-menu). *If you're manually sharing minutes between multiple Wordly portals on the same device, you'll need more than one web browser installed on that device so you can log in to both portals simultaneously. Example: You would have the first portal open in Google Chrome and the second portal open in Safari.* #### To accept minutes from the bell icon 1. Log into the Wordly portal that received the minutes. 2. From the dashboard, click the bell icon ( ![white bell with red badge](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/white%20bell%20with%20red%20badge.png?width=37&height=35&name=white%20bell%20with%20red%20badge.png) ) in the top menu bar to open the "Alerts" page. 3. Select the "Invitation to Share" invitation. 4. Make sure that the "Set as Default" checkbox is checked. This lets your portal use the shared minutes. If you create multiple accounts, you’ll need to switch whichever portal is using the shared minutes to be the default for the duration of the session. 5. Click "Accept" and then "Yes" in the next window. #### **To accept minutes from the Billing page** 1. Log into the portal that received the minutes. 2. From the dashboard, select "Billing" from the left side menu. There should be a red notification badge that lets you know that you've been sent the minutes ( ![white billing with red badge](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/white%20billing%20with%20red%20badge.png?width=33&height=38&name=white%20billing%20with%20red%20badge.png)). 3. Click the "Pending" tab to view the invitation. 4. Make sure that the "Set as Default" checkbox is checked. This lets your portal use the shared minutes. If you create multiple accounts, you’ll need to switch whichever portal is using the shared minutes to be the default for the duration of the session. 5. Click "Accept" and then "Yes" in the next window. The invitation is cleared from the "Pending" tab. ### **Next Steps** You can view a record of these minute transfers under the "Transactions" tab.
