Adding Users to a Workspace

How to add a user to a shared workspace in Wordly

If you're an administrator for your realm, you can add a user to a shared workspace.

Workspaces are only available to organizations that use SSO to authenticate.

To add a user to a shared workspace

  1. From the Wordly workspace, click "Workspace Users" from the left side menu.
  2. In the "Add User(s) to Workspace" window, begin typing the user's name. Matching options display. Select the user you want to add.
  3. (Optional) You can add multiple users in this window by searching and selecting the user.
  4. Click "Add Users".
