[Multi-Portal Sharing](https://help.wordly.ai/the-wordly-portal?hsLang=en#multi-portal-sharing) # Managing Workspaces ## How to hide and rename workspaces If you're an Org administrator for your realm, you can manage your shared workspaces. *Workspaces are only available to organizations that use SSO to authenticate.* ### Hiding workspaces You can hide a workspace that you no longer use, so that it doesn't appear in the workspace dropdown. With hiding a workspace, be aware: - The users, data, sessions, transcripts, usage, and billing from a hidden workspace are saved, not deleted. - You can also make hidden workspaces visible again later. - You can't hide personal workspaces. - Sessions in a hidden workspace continue to run, and usage records still display with the workspace name. #### To hide a workspace 1. From the Wordly portal, click the Workspace dropdown selector in the top left. 2. Select "Manage workspaces visibility." 3. In the "Manage workspaces visibility" window, click the eye icon (![open eye icon](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/open%20eye%20icon.png?width=20&height=17&name=open%20eye%20icon.png)). The closed eye icon  (![closed eye icon](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/closed%20eye%20icon.png?width=22&height=20&name=closed%20eye%20icon.png)) indicates that the workspace is hidden. 4. (Optional) Clicking the closed eye icon (![closed eye icon](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/closed%20eye%20icon.png?width=22&height=20&name=closed%20eye%20icon.png)) causes the workspace to display, or unhid 5. Click "Save changes." ### Renaming a workspace You may want to edit the name of workspace if you've mistyped a name at the creation, want to rebrand a team, or repurpose a workspace. You do this by renaming a workspace.  #### To rename a workspace 1. From the Wordly portal, under "Workspace Admin," choose "Settings" from the left-side navigation. 2. Locate the workspace that you want to rename. 3. Change the workspace name. 4. Click "Save." 5.
