[Reporting](https://help.wordly.ai/reporting?hsLang=en) # Track Billable Minutes ## How to use Wordly’s Transactions tab TheTransactions tab lists every addition and subtraction of billable minutes from any of your portals, as they occur. You can: - [View available minutes in your portal](https://help.wordly.ai/track-billable-minutes#locate). - [Examine a transaction in detail](https://help.wordly.ai/track-billable-minutes#view). - [Get a transaction report of all billable minute activity in the portal](https://help.wordly.ai/track-billable-minutes#report). To access, select Transactions from the left side of the Wordly dashboard. ### Locating transaction information The total available minutes per Wordly portal displays next to the portal name. If you have access to more than one portal, you can select it from the "Pool of Minutes" dropdown menu near the top of the left side.  Within "Transactions", you can also:  - Narrow the list of transactions by dates. Enter the time period in the "From and To Date" fields and click the magnifying glass icon ( ![magnify glass](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/magnify%20glass.png?width=32&height=31&name=magnify%20glass.png) ). - Search for a particular session ID in the "Search" field and click the magnifying glass icon ( ![magnify glass](https://help.wordly.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Graphics/magnify%20glass.png?width=32&height=31&name=magnify%20glass.png) ). ### Viewing minutes of a particular transaction Transactions are listed on the left side of the screen by date and the number of minutes added or subtracted.  Select the transaction that you want to examine. - Minutes debited are marked with a red up arrow. Minutes credited are marked with a green up arrow. ### Accessing transaction report In the upper right of the "Transaction" screen, click the "Options" menu and select "Download Transactions Report".
