Setting Up the Cvent widget
The Cvent widget allows you to integrate the Wordly App into the Cvent Attendee Hub for your webinars and conferences, providing a cohesive translation experience.
Setting up the Cvent Widget
You need to create a code widget and add iframe code to it.
To set up the Cvent Widget
- In Cvent, begin by selecting your event. Navigate to Website and App after clicking Attendee Hub in the left navigation.
- Click Manage website and app.
- In the Event App Builder, go to Features > Session Content. Navigate to Code Widgets, and click Set Up or Manage.
- Click Create code widget. Enter in a name and select an icon to represent your widget.

Click Select Session then select the session to which you’d like your widget assigned. Then click Add code.

In the text field, enter the iframe code for your Wordly session in the following format:

Replace AAAA-0000 in your iframe code with the Session ID for your Wordly session.Example:

Don't include a terminating tag in the iframe code.
Capture audio for Wordly
You can send audio to Wordly by one of the following:
Cvent Studio Advanced
Cvent Studio Advanced is Cvent's video production software. You'll need to add Wordly's streaming information to Cvent Studio Advanced.
You must use Cvent Studio Advanced, not Cvent Studio Lite.
Prerequisites
- From the Wordly dashboard, select Sessions from the left side menu.
- Select your desired session and find the streaming URL and key under Streaming Shortcuts. Copy this information.
To add Wordly to Cvent Studio Advanced
- In Cvent Studio Advanced, click the Streaming tab.
- To get to the endpoints, click Stream.
- In the Endpoint tab, select Add New.
- In the Add RMTP Steam window, enter the streaming URL and key that you got from Wordly and click Create.
- In the Endpoint tab, click Stream to start all of the streaming sessions, or go to the particular session and start it.
You can add a new streaming endpoint even after the session started.

Next Steps
You should verify that the Wordly widget was successfully added in the Cvent Attending Hub.

Click Overview, then click Visit Website at the right of the page.

Navigate to your session, and click the Session Title. This takes you into the session where you will be able to see the Wordly Widget at the right side of the screen.

Click the widget to see the iframe you've added.
