[FAQ](https://help.wordly.ai/faq?hsLang=en) # Zoom FAQ ## Frequently asked questions about using Zoom with Wordly The Wordly App for Zoom provides real-time[Zoom translation,](https://www.wordly.ai/zoom-translation) enabling attendees to read captions or follow along in their preferred language during meetings. #### Do I need a Wordly account to use the Wordly App for Zoom? If you are only joining a Wordly translation session being hosted by someone else, then a you don't need a Wordly account. However, if you wish to host a Wordly translation session within your own Zoom meeting for others to join, then you must have a Wordly account and have enough minutes to run the session. #### Can I listen to translations during a Zoom session? The Wordly App for Zoom doesn't currently support spoken output in translated languages. However, the browser-based attend.wordly.ai interface does support spoken output. This interface is accessible via the Live on Wordly streaming links. See "Wordly in a Browser" in [Hosting a Zoom meeting](https://help.wordly.ai/hosting-computer?hsLang=en). #### Does the Wordly App for Zoom work in breakout rooms? TheWordly App for Zoom does not support Zoom breakout rooms at this time. In order to provide translations, Wordly needs access to the audio stream, which Zoom does not make available in breakout rooms. #### Can I use the Wordly App for Zoom on my iOS and/or Android devices? As of version 1.6.0, the Wordly App for Zoom can be opened within the official Zoom client app on mobile devices #### How can I switch to a different Zoom account? To switch to a different Zoom account 1. Disconnect your Wordly and Zoom accounts by going to [https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed](https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed) and removing the Wordly app. 2. Re-add the Wordly app by clicking [here](https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/wqXHyNXhRQy0V5CeVTGScw) and following the install instructions. 3. (optional) [Change the email associated with the Wordly account](https://help.wordly.ai/manage-your-email-address-password?hsLang=en). 4. [Link your Wordly App for Zoom to your Wordly account.](https://help.wordly.ai/setting-up-wordly-for-hosting-zoom-meeting?hsLang=en) #### I’m concerned about privacy issues. Why does the Wordly App for Zoom request so many permissions to use? Due to how Zoom grants and manages permissions, the Wordly App for Zoom requests more permissions than it actively uses. Rest assured, the app will only collect the absolute minimum personal information necessary to deliver the Wordly service.
