Track Session Activity

How to use and interpret Wordly’s Activity Tab

The Activity tab allows you to track how many sessions you've hosted, how much time you used, which sessions are currently in use, and all other session activity. You can:

To access, select Activity from the left side of the Wordly dashboard.

Locating session information

You can read the total number of sessions and duration of the sessions.  You can also 
  • Narrow the list of sessions by dates. Enter the time period in the From and To Date fields and click the magnifying glass icon ( magnifying glass icon ).
  • Search for a particular session ID in the Search field and click the magnifying glass icon ( magnifying glass icon ).
  • Locate any sessions that are currently in use by clicking the Active icon ( Active filter ). 

Viewing activity of a particular session

Select the session that you want to examine. 

  • The Usage Summary lists the label, status, start time, duration of the session, the minutes you've used, how many presenters and what language they used, and how many attendees and what languages they use to attend.
  • You can download a transcript of the session by clicking the transcript icon ( transcript icon ), For more information, read Accessing Transcripts.

Accessing activity report

In the upper right of the Activity screen, click the Options menu and  select Download Activity Report.

The Activity Report downloads as a .csv file that you can view and edit in your spreadsheet program. Be aware:

  • Activity is reported from the time a session starts to the time Wordly receives a command to end the session.
