Setting Up Audience Engagement

How to make sure your attendees can use Audience Engagement in your session

Wordly Audience Engagement lets attendees mark a moment or react during the session, as well as copy or share those highlights. It also lets you measure which moments landed in the session.
  1. From the Wordly portal, click "Sessions" from the left side navigation.
  2. Click "+ Add Session."
  3. In the "Add Session" window, go to the "Transcript" dropdown menu.
  4. Select "Save and allow attendees to copy full transcript."
  5. Select the "Highlights" checkbox and click "Save."

Share with your attendees how to engage with Wordly. 

After your session is complete, you can view which moments in the translations generated reactions and the specific reactions attendees use.

To view attendees' reactions

  1. From the Wordly portal, click "Usage" from the left side navigation.
  2. Select your session.
  3. Under "Usage Record," click the "Attendee Engagement" tab.
