Sharing the Session

How to provide links to send to attendees.

Once you've created your session, you need to provide access to your attendees to attend your session. 

If your attendees are attending a meeting through a video conferencing platform, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, see how to share Wordly in Integrations for Virtual Events.

Send attendees one or both of the following:

Attendee Shortcuts are intended for viewers/listeners only. Don't confuse these links with Meeting Shortcuts, which are intended for speakers/presenters.

Inviting attendees to Wordly

To send attendees links

  1. From the Wordly dashboard, select Sessions from the left side menu.
  2. Select the session that you want to share. To share a:
  • Attendee Shortcut link: Click Attendee Shortcuts to expand the window. To the right of the URL link, click the email icon (email icon) to share the link to others with an email. You can also copy the link to your computer's clipboard (clipboard icon).
  • QR code: Click Attendee Shortcuts to expand the window. To the right of the QR code, click the download icon (download icon) to download the QR code. See Downloading QR Codes for more information.
