How to use and interpret Wordly’s Usage Tab
You can monitor your Wordly usage through the Usage tab. On the Usage tab, you can track:
- How many attendees you had in a session and what languages they used to attend the session.
- How many presenters in a session and what languages they used.
- How many minutes you've used.
- Which sessions are currently in use.
To use the Usage Tab
- View session activity of a particular session.
- Get a usage report of all session activity in the portal.
To access, select Usage from the left side of the Wordly dashboard.
Locating session information
You can search for sessions:- By dates. Select the date range in the Date Range dropdown menu and click the Filter button.
- By Session ID, label, or custom fields. Enter the term in the Search field and click the Filter button.
- That are currently in use. Select the Live check box and search the sessions by Session ID, label, or custom fields.
Viewing activity of a particular session
Select the session that you want to examine.
- The Usage Summary lists the label, status, start time, duration of the session, the minutes you've used, how many presenters and what language they used, and how many attendees and what languages they use to attend.
Accessing usage report
In the upper right of the Usage screen, click "Download Usage Report."
The Usage Report downloads as a .csv file that you can view and edit in your spreadsheet program. Be aware:

Usage is reported from the time a session starts to the time Wordly receives a command to “end” the session.
